A deepening understanding of yourself facilitates a more conscious and intentional approach to life and the challenges you are facing. As awareness increases you will find that you are able to step away from rote and conditioned behaviour and instead - choose and experiment with healthy and more empowered ways of being.
I have been practicing as a counsellor for 18 years and have worked in agency settings, the NHS, addiction recovery programmes, child protection services and in private practice.
